Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom printing orders may require additional processing time.

Domestic India (33 of 37 states)

• Orders ₹1,999 and above - FREE delivery
• Orders ₹1,000–₹1,999: ₹69 
• Orders ₹499–₹999: ₹89 
• Orders ₹0–₹499: ₹149

Local Delivery - Chandigarh

• Orders ₹499 and above - FREE local delivery
• Orders ₹0–₹499: ₹59

Near Chandigarh (Punjab/Haryana/Delhi)

• Orders ₹1,199 and above - FREE delivery
• Orders ₹599–₹1,199: ₹59 
• Orders ₹0–₹599: ₹79

Delivery Methods

1. Third-Party Courier Delivery We partner with trusted courier services including Shiprocket to deliver across India.

Estimated delivery times: • Metro cities: 3-5 business days • Other cities: 5-7 business days • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

1. Personal Delivery For local orders in Chandigarh Tricity, we offer personal delivery service. Delivery time and availability will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for selective products in Chandigarh Tri-city region only. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon). As of March 8th, 2026, this service is exclusively available in the Chandigarh and Tri-city area.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for PAN india but enabling COD may increase Your Order delivery dates 

Order Tracking

For courier deliveries, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped. For personal deliveries, we will contact you directly to coordinate the delivery.
