At KolorPrint, we believe in bringing your vision to life. Throughout the development and design phases, we:

  • Freely share details and progress updates of your order
  • Welcome your input and allow design edits during the creation process
  • Proactively reach out to show you how your product is coming together
  • Greatly involve you in the making of your products to ensure your vision comes to life with KolorPrint

Our Return Policy

Since all our products are custom-printed to your specifications and created with your active involvement, we have a specialized return and replacement policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Returns & Replacements

We will replace your order if:

  • The printed material is unreadable or has printing defects
  • There are production errors that make the product unusable( designing errors)

We cannot accept returns or replacements if:

  • The final product matches the document/design you uploaded
  • You changed your mind about the design or specifications
  • There are errors in the original file you provided
  • Your order contains more than 10 items in total – Because we involve you throughout the entire production process to ensure your complete satisfaction, we are unable to offer replacements on larger orders (10+ items)

Important: While we cannot replace items that accurately reflect your uploaded design or orders over 10 items, we are committed to working with you to find an optimal solution whenever possible. We appreciate your collaboration in making your products exactly as you envision them!

Return Window & Requirements

  • Time Limit: You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to report any issues and request a replacement.
  • Video Documentation Required: Please record a video while unboxing your order. This helps us process claims quickly and ensures we can address any legitimate damage or defects.
  • Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if there are any issues.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received( Faulted design)
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Part of an order containing 10 items or fewer

Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Time-sensitive reporting helps us serve you better.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our printing services, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized printed products that match your uploaded specifications
  • Products where the file provided contained errors
  • Orders containing more than 10 items in total
  • Sale items or promotional products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Since all our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different version of your order, you will need to place a new order with the updated specifications.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
